DOUGH: Water, pre-cooked white corn meal enriched (niacin, iron, riboflavin, thiamine, and folic acid, MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOY), sugar, salt, flour (unbleached enriched hard wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid]).
FILLING: Cooked chicken (chicken water, seasoning mix [dehydrated vegetables {garlic & onions}, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, herbs and tricalcium phosphate], chicken base [salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken flavor, vegetable oil, garlic and spices]), hydrated textured vegetable protein (water, soy flour, caramel coloring), chicken stock (from cooked chicken), ketchup (tomato concentrate made from ripened tomatoes, high fructose corn syrup, distilled vinegar, corn syrup, salt, less than 2 % of onion powder, garlic powder, natural flavor),seasoning mix ([dehydrated vegetables {garlic & onions}, salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, herbs and tricalcium phosphate], [salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices, FD&C yellow # 5, disodium guanylate and inosinate, coriander, annatto, FD&C red # 40, paprika and tricalcium phosphate]) chicken base (same as above), flavoring, spice. DO NOT microwave, use conventional oven or air fryer and heat empanada at 350*F for approximately 10 minutes or until internal temperature of 165*F is reached.
